IGLOO RESERVATIONS POLICY Each igloo is private and heated for your comfort. Igloo reservation fee is $25 per person (Mon–Sun) which will be applied toward your dining check (food & drinks)
RESERVATIONS BALANCE If your check balance is less than your reservation fee then any remaining balance is non-refundable. 20% Gratuity applies to all checks.
IGLOO CAPACITY & TIME LIMIT Each igloo can seat up to a maximum of 8 people. Minimum 4 guest to make reservation. There is a 90-minute dining limit per party to accommodate all reservations in a timely manner. We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can take your drink and food orders promptly for your group. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the igloos. All reservations are final and non-refundable unless weather affects operations.
CANCELATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY All igloo reservations are final within 24 hours of your booking time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable unless weather conditions impact our operations. Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation. We will do our best to find the next available opening, but we cannot guarantee the exact day or time.
HOT COFFEE & TEA At this time, we are not set up to offer hot coffee or tea inside the igloos. While it may seem like a simple addition, we currently do not have the operational space to support it until our future indoor expansion is complete.
If hot beverages are a must-have for your experience, please keep this in mind before making your reservation. We want to set clear expectations to ensure an enjoyable visit for everyone.
LATE ARRIVALS Please note that late arrivals for igloo reservations will result in an automatic cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.
HOW LONG THE LINES ARE TO BE SEATED ON PATIO? Turnpike Market is very relaxed environment most of the time. At times, it can become busy, especially during lunch, evening rush & warm weekends. Average wait time is about 20 minutes.
DO YOU HAVE ANY INDOOR SEATING? No, We only have waterfront outdoor seating nestled on beautiful nutting lake and it is weather permitted.
CAN I EAT OUT ON THE PATIO, IF I ORDER AHEAD USING MOBILE APP, WEB ORDER OR PHONE ORDER? No, in order to dine on our patio you must order with the wait staff after you are seated at the table for both food and drinks.(we are now full service restaurant while weather permitted)
CAN I BRING MY OWN BEER, WINE & SPIRITS OR CAN I PURCHSED ALCOHOL FROM TURNPIKE MARKET AND BRING OUT TO THE PATIO? Our permit does not allowed any outside food or bevergaes out on our patio even if it’s purchsed from TURNPIKE MARKET retail shop.
CAN I BRING MY DOG? As much we love dogs, we do not allow them out on our patio or retail shop unless they are service animals.
CAN I GRAB A DRINKS WHILE I’M WAITING ON LINE TO BE SEATED? No, our license doesn't allowed us to served while waiting on line.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE MENU? Many items from our menu can be substituted for gluten-free, ask your server for additional information.
CAN YOU ACCOMODATE ALLERGIES? Most allergies can be accomodate, please let your server knows prior to ordering, additionally we only use canola oil for frying
DOES YOUR PIZZA DOUGH CONTAINS EGGS? No, flour, water, salt, sugar, yeast
DO YOU HAVE KIDS MENU? We love kids, of course we have delcious kids menu including gluten-free kids toasted chicken wrap.

CAN I RENT OUT YOUR PATIO FOR PRIVATE EVENT OR FUNCTIONS? We are honored you had think of us for your special event, but we do not rent out our patio at the moment.

DOES YOUR PATIO HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE? Yes! Our patio is fully ADA accessible with accessible restrooms.
ARE YOU OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK? We are always open Mon-Sat for take-out and delivery. For dine out on patio it is weather permitted. Sunday’s we are only open for dine out on patio when weather allows us to do so. Our retail liquor shop is open 7 days a week (closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas) Please see our HOURS
